Vic Firth VFVKB2 Beater wood

Bought this beater out of pure curiosity, and I didn't expect to get wowed by a beater, but this is a real quality product at an affordable price! Good versatility within the somewhat limited settings of a beater, but you're able to play some heavy bass drum with the beater rotated at one angle and do some milder playing with another. It's great on recordings and I'm using to this day as my primary beater, 3 years after purchase. Definitely recommend this!
