These attach easily to the wall, solid metal with laser cutouts of the hooks.
In my case, my Cinema Round Premium inserts easily and have stayed in place since. It does leave small piercing "slices" on the back of your panel, but that doesn't take any functionality away from either products.
A good solution if the acoustic treatment is not planned to be permanent.
