Yamaha MD-BT01 Wireless Midi Adapter

Well, I should only blame myself for trying this on Android, but I did recall that I had seen someone getting this to work with Android, even though the spec only talks about i-devices. I have now tried it, and will sadly have to return the device.
This review is just so other people can avoid trying the same setup that I am using : Android tablet (Android 6.x) or Android Phone (Android 8.x), MIDI to be sent from Setlist Maker, Helix LT and TC Helicon Voicelive GTX Play at the receving end. The BT device appears to pair (as seen from the phone/tablet), but never connect (red light never goes stable). So I am back to my cabled solution.... Just my 2 cents on this device.
