My daughter is ABRSM grade five violinist and I bought this violin for her. Sound is absolutely amazing, Very light weight and good quality, what you expect from made in Japan.

BUT violin require setup and bridge was down when we received the delivery. This is bit tricky to setup the violin for some don't know what they are doing:)

I was looking for the same sound, close to the classic violin with the previous electric violin had. Well, the Yev doesn't actually have it in my opinion, still, you can fix the harsh sound with some reverb. The quality of the build is great. Overall worth the money.
