While it looks a cool controller, other Denon deck controllers that i own, like 2x DN-SC2000 have aluminium jog wheels, so i was expecting better or at least same level of jogs. Those kind of machines are about the JOG WHEEL and this is where this fails. To the core :/. Axle movement makes the plato not stable. I had 2 devices with weak axle plato issue. Also the side of wheel is and feels very plastic with big deep grooves. Not looking cool either. As for my preference has to be even, smooth with tiny grooves or elastic grip. Or like real turntable feel of course.
SOFT INTEGRATION:
Stand alone : NO. SC600 needed.
Virtual DJ : Seems to work the best
DJay Pro : Quite nice but I found bugs when push it to limits.
Serato : Not possible to check cause i had no Serato Hardware :/.
Traktor Pro 3 : U need to map or find tsi file. even then if u move the wheel very fast then it corresponds strangely. Tried all the options on midi map sector but still. Probably thats why had NO native NI support.
FEATURES: Needs 3 buttons to change deck to deck! !!! 3 BUTTONS !!!
