De her tunere fik hurtigt min 17 år gamle western guitar, fra Epiphone, til at ligne en dyr gammel Gibson! Og monteringen var helt uden problemer... (Det kræver ikke en længere håndværker-uddannelse at skifte sine tunere.)
De føles stabile, og holder stemningen uden problemer.
Og når de samtidigt pynter, må det jo anses for at være en opgradering.
Et godt køb, til en fornuftig pris.

Great tuners, mind the hole size

I put this set on a Harley Benton SC-450Plus guitar, to replace the original set, which was faulty.

While the old and the new tuners are apparently identical, they are very different things. This replacement tuner set runs smooth and holds the tuning incredibly well! I only need to adjust tuning when temperature changes and the guitar materials change properties.

At this price, it would not be justified to buy anything else for a single cut guitar, unless I'd want a different design or finish. I repeat, they are flawless. The only thing I don't know is their reliability in time; I only used them for a few months.

The tuners look just like in the pictures, vintage nickel and the keys in that muddy opalescent green.

Cons: although from the same manufacturer, the replacement set was not matching the guitar. I could mount it by enlarging the holes, using a drill. This is an issue with Harley Benton product interoperability, rather than with this product.

the tuners that came on my L450 plus were horrible. they were so stiff and hard to tune.
the second the crew thomann heard about my problems with my guitar they told me they would be happy to change the the guitar but i preferred to keep that guitar so two thumbs up for customer service!!!.
so these tuners are very smooth to handle and they keep in tune pretty well.
and they look so nice!!!

Add a nice vintage look. In my case to an SG style kit guitar that I wanted to appear more vintage.

The mechanisms are smooth and they seem to hold tuning well.

Looks are good from a metre away, but close up the moulding lines are very visible (and raised to the touch). But a couple of hours with a scalpel, high grit wet and dry paper and steel wool had them polished up like sea glass.

Screws are soft, so be very careful about tightening them as they strip easily.
