This is a simple 20W head for practice based on the 6505 (or some variant). It has a valve preamp into a solid state power amp. The settings are quite simple - gain, voicing and volume. The voicing goes between a scooped American sound to a midsy British sound. There is a Crunch and Lead channel, but the Crunch channel is a gentle whimper compared to the Lead channel.
This is a simple amp, it has a simple sound and I use it exclusively while watching TV or practising at home. I would not recommend it for anything else it has an uninspiring sound otherwise. It has enough gain on top for some shredding fun, but it does not have a deep complex tone.
For what I want from it, it's perfect. Otherwise, if you plan on using it as a back up amp or something, I don't think it'll make the cut.
