Amazing handling. Perfect neck which Makes easy transition from playing acoustic to electric. I play my epiphone on fender deluxe which brings a perfect Mach for clean sound. Highly recommended. The finishing is of high standard. Playing very close to the app, however, creates a humming sound which easily is removed by findings a location away from the amp...around 1.5mt.
It's an Epiphone Casino; for those who already know the past of this guitar there's nothing else to say.
It has a beautiful sound in every style of music you wanna play:
The legendary P-90 pickups are perfect for a smooth clean jazz (with the neck pickup), for a dirty blues/rock 'n' roll (with the bridge pickup) and for many other sounds (if you like to play with the beautiful ore volume and the tone control of the singular pickups).
The full-empty-body particularity gives you the possibility of play it acusticly with a pretty good sound, unfortunately this particularity doesn't allow you to use any distortion effect because of the feedback, but you can tinker a little bit with the amp settings for the sound that you prefer.
Generally it has a good value for money and it's a guitar that i'll always suggest for the people who likes The Beatles sound.
Obviously there are better quality guitars by Gibson, but the sound of the Epiphone Casino it's something no other guitar can pull off at that price.
Reccomanded!!!
Very good guitar. Bought it on Thomann about 3 years ago, played it in gigs and recorded in studio. Very reliable and really nice warm sound, great for chord strumming and fingerpicking !
