I have the t.bone MB75 Beta in my homestudio in our basement. I have used it mainly on snare and guitar cabinet, but also on vocals and as overhead on drums, and it is a beast. I sounds great, it is cheap and the build quality is very good.
I can only recommend you to buy this microphone

Very bright and clean and probably the best sounding instrument microphone I have tried so far. The build is very tough. It can be used for instruments but also for vocal.
